Z4700 is a brand-new ZANASI Continuous Ink Jet printing system. Thanks to the use of a wide range of inks of our own exclusive production and suitable for printing on absorbent and non-absorbent materials, the printer is the ideal solution for coding fixed and variable texts, barcodes, logotypes, on paper, metal, glass products and packaging materials.
The Z4700 system is equipped as standard with a tough stainless steel and streamlined curved design AISI 304 case that can be integrated in almost any industrial environment. The hydraulic system has been redesigned to maintain high quality standards even after long production stops. Moreover it meets the need for reliability in both the case of standard use and for a more intensive work shift.
The Z4700 system is available in different configurations, all adjustable according to the applications and with a variety of True type and matrix fonts essential to obtain high-quality prints up to 4 lines with print sizes from 0.8 to 12 mm on flat, curved, regular and irregular surfaces. It is perfectly integrated into lines with print speeds of over 2000 ct/sec., with the option to enable the UHS mode (Ultra High Speed Software) which allows to reach high speeds of up to 400m/min products.
A new coding experience
The system is based on an innovative management software called “ORKESTRA®” and on a stable and flexible operating system. A new coding experience with customizable user interface for the single operator through language, keyboard and activities (multilevel login). In addition, it is provided with a graphics editor, with real stretch and drag & drop features, similar to smartphone/tablet technology, easy and accessible through a modern high contrast colour touch screen display 10.1".Connectivity and total integration
An advanced and versatile integration through Ethernet, USB and serial ports allows access to external databases (with fixed and variable data) and to monitor the performance of the system from the remote. A contextual help menu allows the display of information and intuitive video tutorial related to the solution of problems, drastically reducing the operators training
